After more than 20 years in the nursing world, Nancy Haker has seen it all — and probably fixed it all, too. She’s currently the Emergency Department Manager at Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation, where managing organized chaos is just another line on the to-do list.

"Teaching has always been where my heart is. Starting this business gives me a way to share what I love with some of the strongest nurses and best people I know — and honestly, who wouldn’t want to work with their dream team?"

Born and raised in Northern California, Nancy made the move to Soldotna, Alaska in 2019 and found her version of home. These days, with four grown kids and eleven grandkids, her house stays busy — but the laundry is officially their problem now.

Known for being direct, practical, and fiercely supportive, Nancy leads with experience, humor, and a serious get-it-done attitude. Whether she’s building trauma education programs, leading teams through the fire, or coaching up new nurses, she believes in working hard, learning constantly, and laughing often — preferably with a strong cup of coffee in hand.
